Focus Power worked with our customer and supply chain to ensure we were specifying the correct specialist Emergency Lighting UPS system for a military base in the UK. Due to inrush currents the system needed to be oversized and comply to EN regulations, as well as offering a continuous 3-hour runtime. Hence, we supplied and installed a BPC ELMOD EL1030XA 8kW (2 x 4kW modules) system, a robust modular solution specifically designed for this type of application that meets all the requirements, but also offers redundancy as well as hot swappable modules and batteries for ease of maintenance and repairs.
